Estimate accuracy

The instant estimate tool provides a price range based on Columbus-market averages, the information you provide, and the area you draw on the map. The final price is confirmed after a free on-site visit, typically within 5% of the midpoint of the instant estimate. The instant estimate is not a binding quote.

No guaranteed availability

Submitting an estimate does not reserve a slot on our calendar. Active project slots are confirmed only after the on-site walkthrough and a signed agreement. We typically book out 1–4 weeks depending on season.

Warranty terms

Standard package: 3-year warranty covering workmanship and structural cracks over 1/8 inch. Premium package: 7-year warranty covering structural cracks over 1/16 inch, spalling, and surface defects. Both packages exclude damage from de-icing salts not rated for concrete, vehicle leaks, point loads from heavy equipment, and acts of god. Full warranty terms provided with your signed project agreement.

Cancellation + refunds

You can cancel a project up to 5 business days before the scheduled start date with no penalty. Cancellations within 5 days forfeit any deposit paid. Once material is ordered and crew is scheduled, work is non-refundable beyond the warranty terms above.

Use of the website

The map drawing tool, instant estimate calculator, and content on this site are provided for your personal use to evaluate residential concrete projects. Automated scraping, spam submissions, or use of this site to compete with O's Concrete is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

O's Concrete's liability is limited to the value of the executed project agreement. Estimates, photos, and content on this website do not create a contract until a written agreement is signed by both parties.

Draft. Drafted by Sacred Studios as a starting framework for O's Concrete. Final terms should be reviewed (ideally with a small business attorney) before going live, especially the warranty and limitation-of-liability sections.
