Ty and Brenden. Westerville. Concrete. In that order.
O's Concrete is two guys you've probably seen at the gas station off State Street. Ty O'Hearn and Brenden O'Malley grew up in Westerville, learned the trade from family who've been in concrete for three generations, and now pour every slab themselves — from driveway to walkway to the patio behind your house.
No sales department. No subcontractors. No mystery foreman who shows up on day one and hands the work to a crew you've never met. If you hire O's, you get Ty and Brenden, and the slab they pour is the slab they back with a 7-year warranty.

Brenden O'Malley
Three generations. One trade. Same standards.
Ty's grandfather poured concrete for the foundations of half the homes on his block in the 1960s. His dad worked the residential side of the trade for thirty years before passing the trowel down. Brenden grew up on a worksite his uncle ran in Worthington — learned to mix mortar by hand at twelve, learned to read a grade stake at fifteen, and by the time he was twenty he could finish a patio faster than crews twice his age.
We started O's Concrete in 2024 because the residential market in Columbus had stopped doing the basics — proper base prep, full-thickness slabs, honest cure times, and follow-through warranties that actually mean something. Big shops bid against each other on price and cut corners on the work. Production-home developers spec slabs to code minimum and let them crack two winters later.
We wanted to do it the way our families did. Walk the job, talk to the homeowner, pour the slab ourselves, finish it before sundown, and come back at 28 days to seal and walk the work. If the slab cracks inside seven years on a Premium pour, we own it. That's the deal.
Our warranty isn't fine print. It's the spec we pour to.
