What we collect
When you use our instant estimate tool or contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number, project address, and the details you provide about the work you're considering (service type, square footage, finish, add-ons, timeline, notes). When you draw your project on the map, we also record the polygon coordinates and approximate location.
How we use it
Your information is used to (a) generate your instant estimate, (b) send the estimate to your email and phone, (c) follow up to schedule a free on-site visit, and (d) keep your project in our CRM so we can give you accurate quotes if you come back later. We do not sell or share your information.
Third-party services
We use the following services to operate the website: Mapbox (satellite imagery + drawing tool), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS), GoHighLevel (CRM), and PostHog (anonymized analytics). Each has its own privacy policy that governs how they process the data we send them. We do not store payment information on the site.
Cookies + analytics
We use first-party analytics (PostHog) to understand how visitors use the site — specifically which steps of the estimate tool people drop off at so we can improve it. This data is anonymized and not tied to your contact info unless you submit the estimate.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we have on you, ask us to delete it, or correct it at any time. Email osconcrete24@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request" and we'll respond within 7 business days.
