Inspect + assess
Not every crack means replacement. We grade the damage — surface, structural, or settlement — and recommend the cheapest fix that actually lasts.

Clean + prep
Pressure-wash, degrease, fill cracks with flexible polyurethane sealant. The base under sealer determines how long it lasts.
- 03
Apply sealer
Solvent-based acrylic or penetrating silane sealer depending on slab age and exposure. Two coats minimum. Tape and protect surrounding surfaces.

Cure + walk-through
Walk-on dry in 4 hours, full cure in 24-48 hours. We walk the slab with you when we're done so you see every spot we hit.
